Perancangan dan Evaluasi User Interface Aplikasi Smart Grid Berbasis Mobile Application

Abstract


Aplikasi mobile smart grid merupakan modernisasi dalam konsumsi daya listrik. Saat ini, penelitian mengenai aplikasi mobile smart grid sampai pada fungsi pemantauan, mengatur, dan menjadwalkan konsumsi energi saja. Proses menjual dan membeli daya listrik belum ada. Makalah ini merancang user interface (UI) aplikasi mobile smart grid pada proses menjual dan membeli daya listrik. Desain UI aplikasi mobile smart grid menggabungkan penggunaan Materials Design for Android (MDfA) dengan desain yang mengadopsi Common Element Sets (CES). Hasil desain UI diuji menggunakan usability dan User Experience (UX). Usability test menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Uji UX menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil uji usability mendapatkan skor 72 yang dianggap di atas rata-rata dan masuk dalam kategori “baik”. Uji UX masing-masing mendapat nilai sebagai beikut: daya tarik 1,925, kejelasan 1,975, efisiensi 1,913, ketepatan 1,738, stimulasi 1,938, dan kebaruan 1,988. Keseluruhan hasil pengujian UX termasuk ke dalam kategori “sangat baik”.
