Evaluasi Kualitas Aplikasi Web Pemantau Menggunakan Model Pengujian Perangkat Lunak ISO/IEC 9126

Abstract


Pertumbuhan dunia teknologi informasi yang cepat memberikan dampak terhadap penyebaran jumlah perangkat lunak. Pemeliharaan perangkat lunak diperlukan sebagai penunjang kualitas perangkat lunak tersebut. Kualitas perangkat lunak dapat diukur dari sisi produk maupun proses. Beberapa contoh dampak positif dari peningkatan kualitas perangkat lunak antara lain keuntungan, mengurangi biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pemeliharaan, serta meningkatkan produktivitas. Salah satu cara untuk menguji kualitas perangkat lunak dari sisi produk menggunakan model pengujian ISO/IEC 9126 dengan menggunakan empat penilaian karakteristik, yaitu usability, functionality, reliability, dan efficiency. Studi kasus pada makalah ini berupa aplikasi perangkat lunak berbasis web Pemantau Media Sosial dan Media Daring pada PT. XYZ. Hasil pengujian aplikasi perangkat lunak berbasis web, pemantauan media sosial, dan media daring milik PT.XYZ menggunakan model pengujian ISO/IEC 9126 mendapatkan hasil untuk penilaian karakteristik usability mendapatkan skor 61,81%. Penilaian karakteristik usability menggunakan pengujian berupa System Usability Scale (SUS). Penilaian karakteristik functionality mendapatkan skor 76,55%. Penilaian karakteristik functionality dilakukan oleh ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan validasi terhadap keseluruhan fitur. Penilaian karakteristik reliability mendapatkan skor 99,14%. Penilaian karakteristik reliability dilakukan dengan kalkulasi empat variabel, yaitu function, failure, working unit, dan error rate. Terakhir, penilaian karakteristik efficiency mendapatkan skor 66,8%. Penilaian karakteristik efficiency dilakukan dengan kalkulasi berupa kode fitur, nilai, grade total weight, dan HTTP request.
